With a win in his last fight against a game Florian, Aldo continues his championship run. So what's next for Aldo?
Some may say that Chad "Money" Mendes is the easy choice, but others may say that a win by Hatsu Hioki over George Roop is an option.
Currently I have Mendes as the #2 Featherweight & Hioki as the #8 Featherweight, which seems logical that Mendes should have the next shot, with Hioki, if he wins getting closer. I do have Poirier at #6, Florian #5, & Hominick #3 in the division, but a win by Hioki could earn him a spot if Poirier loses his next fight against Pablo Garza. Since Florian just fought for the belt & Hioki has beaten Hominick twice in the past, with a win over Roop, it could catapult him to a shot after Mendes, unless the UFC was to skip Mendes & grant it to Hioki right away.
I say Mendes gets the first shot at Aldo, then Hioki with a win over Roop, unless Poirier wins over Garza earning him the shot first.

Heavyweight Debate
Velazquez & Dos Santos are set for a huge title fight,
where we have #1 & #2 in the division by anyone’s rankings. Another big time fight in the top 10 at Heavyweight will be
Lesnar [6] & Overeem [3], where a win by Overeem could lead him to a UFC
title shot against the winner of Velazquez/Dos Santos. My thoughts, We’ll see Dos Santos/Overeem in
2012.

Also take a look at the website "the Reem", to get to know Overeem better. I'm sure you will find this documentary interesting. It has 6 episodes so far for the 2nd season.

Koscheck at Middleweight, Good or Bad?
With his latest win over Matt Hughes there was discussion that Koscheck could be heading to the middleweight division. Though Kos does have good punching power & always comes in great shape, he may have a chance at the middle to lower tier fighter in this weight class, but the middleweights I have in the top 10 will all provide problems for Kos. The only one that he may have a shot at I feel would be Leben, who he has experience with during the TUF 1 days, & would be a huge selling fight. In this regard I say this is a good move to Middleweight, but 1 fight is not enough.
The bad side, after Leben, he would have to deal with the likes of:
Souza, Belfort, Bisping, & Okami, who I have from #10 to # 7 in the division, & I feel are much to strong for Koscheck, & also provide speed with size.
What do you think? Good or Bad.

LIghtweight Debate
Though
it seems that Guida & Henderson were fan favorites, we have to remember
that Guillard is destroying the competition, almost a la Anderson Silva, where he is proving to be too much for
his competitors. Specifically, his last
3 opponents Roller, Dunham, & Stephens are all 3 tough competitors, who 2
out of 3, Roller & Dunham were making their way up, until Guillard stopped
that. Though many may see Guida &
Henderson in the top 10, this division is stacked, & though I have them
right outside the top 10 after Dennis Siver [11. Henderson & 12. Guida]. I have Guillard at #6 above Miller &
Masvidal. Miller may have lost to
Henderson, but Miller is still a top lightweight who I dropped from #3 to #7,
& will make his way back. A matchup
between Guida & Henderson however would be great to elevate one of the two
in the top 10, but for now, I feel that Guillard will get past Lauzon & move
up again to be the next contender.
Guillard/Edgar or Guillard/Maynard, either sounds solid.
